Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, standard delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sans Soucci is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Issues with Delivery

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, or if your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at support@wearsanssoucci.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
