Timeframe for Refund Requests

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Product Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team at support@wearsanssoucci.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Review & Approval: Our team will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or declined.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to officially post to your bank or credit card statement.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
